#CSpect V2.12.18

Couple of bug fixes for devs....

#CSpect V2.12.18 changes
  • Fixed Layer 2,320x256 clip window
  • Fixed a crash in Layer 2, 320x256 rendering
  • Fixed NextReg0 (machine type) initialisation bug

Hi,
Upon starting this version it just exists, and it doesn't add to the log file.
Windows version.
